If you receive an error or app is not performing normally, you can try to reboot the app. Here is how you do it:
- Close the app.
- Go to settings on your android phone and choose Apps
- Find Fitness24Seven app
- Choose Storage
- Select Clear Data
- Accept that all data becomes deleted. We’re not using the application data for anything that is related to the member. It is just a local cache.
Restart the app.
In the case of login problems besides the reboot, you can reset the password via the website or contact any of our gym receptions for a more swift response.
