If you receive an error or app is not performing normally, you can try to reboot the app. Here is how you do it:
 
  1. Close the app.
 
  1. Go to settings on your android phone and choose Apps
  1. Find Fitness24Seven app
  1. Choose Storage
  1. Select Clear Data
  1. Accept that all data becomes deleted. We’re not using the application data for anything that is related to the member. It is just a local cache.

Restart the app.

In the case of login problems besides the reboot, you can reset the password via the website or contact any of our gym receptions for a more swift response.
