Want to attend a class, but it's full? No worries, you can reserve a spot on the waitlist!
How the Waitlist Works:
- There are no limits on the number of waitlist spots, so you can always sign up for the waitlist even if the class is full.
- When someone cancels their spot in the class, the system will send an email confirmation of the available spot to the next person on the waitlist.
- If you get a spot from the waitlist, the regular booking rules apply to your reservation.
Waitlist Reset:
- The waitlist resets 1 hour before the class starts. If you haven't received a confirmation of an available spot via email by this time, unfortunately, you won’t get a spot from the waitlist.
- After the waitlist resets, you can still check the app for any last-minute cancellations and book any available spots.
- If you get a spot after the waitlist has reset, you can cancel it up to 30 minutes before the class starts if you are unable to attend.
Keep an eye on the app for last-minute available spots and make sure to book your place in time!
