Your membership grants you 24/7 access to all of our gyms, both in Finland and abroad – in Sweden, Norway, Colombia, and Thailand.
In Sweden and Norway, our entry system works the same way as in Finland, so you can use our gyms in other cities or countries without any special procedures. However, in Colombia and Thailand, a slightly different customer system is in use. In these countries, your first visit must be during reception hours so that our staff can assist you in getting started. After that, you can train independently.
Moving Abroad
If you are moving to a country that has Fitness24Seven centers, you can continue your membership as usual, as long as you maintain a Finnish bank account. Payments will be charged as usual, but please be aware of potential currency differences that may affect paying bills abroad. If a bill remains unpaid, it can only be settled through Finland. Remember to update your new home address on our website or app – your address will not update automatically.
If your move requires switching to a bank in the new country, you will need to cancel your Finnish membership. You can then create a new membership at the gym in your destination country or through their website. After that, billing will follow the local F24S membership terms and payment methods. Please contact our customer service in such cases.
