Your email address provided during registration serves as your username for both the app and our website. If you haven't set a password yet, you can easily do so via the "Forgot password" link. This link is also available if you’ve forgotten your current password or wish to change it.
 
Changing Your Email Address
If you want to change your email address, you can do so through the My Pages section or by visiting the gym during reception hours. Remember to bring an ID if you’re visiting the center.

 

 
Possible Login Issues and Solutions:
  • Email Address Doesn’t Match
    If you can’t log in, your email address may differ from the one on your profile. Verify the accuracy of your email address and correct it if necessary. Contact customer service if needed.

     
  • Incorrect Password
    If your email address is correct but your password is incorrect, you can reset your password using the "Forgot password" link. Enter your email address in the field and click "Send verification code." You’ll receive a numeric code in your email.
    Note: Do not close the password reset page! Enter the verification code in the designated field, then create a new password. If you’re unable to continue with the password change after entering the code, your email address may be incorrect.

     
  • Logged in on Another Device
    If the app indicates that you are already logged in on another device, you need to reset the primary device. This can be done on your own once every six months. If you have already used this option and can’t perform the reset yourself, please contact customer service.
