Gym Staff
At our gyms, you can receive personal service in person, by phone, and via email. Our staff can assist you with any questions you may have, whether they relate to membership changes, payments, or other issues. You can handle all your inquiries at once during your visit to the gym.

You can contact our centralized customer service via Contact us form on the page or by email info@f24s.fi. Our centralized customer service can assist you with any questions and membership-related issues. The response time is 1–3 business days.
 
Live Chat
Through our live chat, you can quickly get answers to all questions related to our gyms and your membership. If you have questions about your membership, please remember to provide your customer number to the service representative. Please note that membership cancellations or freezes cannot be processed through live chat.
