Members can book classes and view schedules by logging into the app. Group training schedules vary by location, and minor changes may occur from time to time.

This extremely intense training combines athletic and aerobic movements with strength and endurance exercises. The class fosters a positive atmosphere and aims for cohesive group dynamics, ensuring everyone stays in the groove. Class duration: 30 min, 45 min, or 60 min.

BODYBALANCE
We know that life can sometimes be very hectic. That’s why we offer BodyBalance, so you can escape the rush and recharge your batteries. BODYBALANCE® is a group fitness class based on yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates, with movements set to calming music. The class strengthens the body, especially the deep core muscles, and improves flexibility, balance, and posture. Class duration: 30 min, 45 min, or 60 min.

BODYCOMBAT
Every one of us has an inner fighter. BODYCOMBAT® helps you unleash your inner strength and overcome challenges. BODYCOMBAT® combines techniques from various martial arts disciplines such as karate, taekwondo, boxing, or capoeira. The class consists of different sequences performed to a high-energy and engaging track. Regular participation particularly develops the core, leg, and upper body muscles. Class duration: 30 min, 45 min, or 60 min.

BODYJAM
Exercise should be fun, right? BODYJAM® is a dance-based class where dance styles and music reflect the latest trends. This class is perfect for dance lovers and those looking to improve their fitness and coordination almost effortlessly. Practice body control and expression, and let the dance carry you away. BODYPUMP
BODYPUMP® is an extremely effective strength training workout set to inspiring music. During the class, all major muscle groups are trained using a barbell, weight plates, and body weight. Everyone can choose the weights that best challenge themselves towards a stronger and more toned body. Class duration: 30 min, 45 min, or 60 min. What is LES MILLS CORE™? LES MILLS CORE is a 30-minute workout designed to enhance core strength and functionality. LES MILLS CORE™ is scientifically proven to be effective and is influenced by foundational training used by top athletes. LES MILLS CORE™ improves strength, balance, and endurance of the supporting muscles, including the abs, glutes, and back, which enhances balance and provides protection against injuries.

LESMILLS DANCE
Dance until you sweat! This relaxed and playful dance workout will have you dancing even after the class ends. No prior dance experience is needed. DANCE features hot moves, chart-topping hits, and remixed old favorites. The class doesn’t include complex choreography. Get fit and let your inner star shine! Class duration: 30 min or 45 min.

CYCLING BASE
Cycling BASE is suitable for everyone, from experienced cyclists to those new to the activity. This class focuses on building endurance, keeping the heart rate steady and moderate throughout the workout. It provides a great starting point for beginners and a good recovery session for more experienced cyclists. The class strengthens your most important muscle – the heart.


CYCLING BEAT
The key to Cycling BEAT is having fun, guided by music! If your legs start pedaling to the beat of a good song, you’ll likely enjoy this class. It features a series of great tracks combined with themed exercises. The music sets the intensity and duration of the workout segments, so make sure to let the instructor know your favorite songs. This class will make you smile and sweat!


CYCLING ENDURANCE
Want to improve your endurance and test your ability to maintain a specific exercise intensity over a long period? If yes, this workout is for you! Cycling ENDURANCE consists of long work segments in the endurance zone, ensuring you’ll boost your fitness. The class particularly develops lower limb muscles and also improves heart and cardiovascular function.


CYCLING HIIT
Cycling HIIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training session. The class includes high-intensity work segments with lighter recovery periods. Despite its short duration, the class is highly effective. HIIT training is known for its numerous positive health benefits. Come sweat it out with us!


CYCLING INTERVAL
Cycling INTERVAL challenges your endurance through interval training. The class alternates between light and heavy or long and short segments. A unique feature of the class is that recovery periods mean complete rest. During the work segments, you’ll really push yourself.


DANCEMIX
Everyone can dance, as there’s no right or wrong way to move in Dancemix. The instructor designs the Dancemix class, allowing you to enjoy the feel of dance and music. You can let loose, experiment, and enjoy yourself in your own way. Class duration: 45 min or 55 min.


IISI STARTTI
Iisi Startti is a low-threshold class where music plays a central role. The class includes a warm-up, strength exercises, and stretching. It doesn’t include jumps or challenging choreography, making it suitable for members of all ages. This workout improves basic fitness. Class duration: 30 min or 45 min.


JOOGA
Yoga...oh, yoga. Those who have tried this class know the feeling that comes afterward. Our dynamic yet peaceful yoga class is based on Hatha yoga. The instructor guides you through various asanas while focusing on the rhythm of your breath. Yoga builds strength, balance, concentration, and flexibility in both body and mind. Enjoy a calming and stress-free workout. Suitable for everyone. Class duration: 55 min, 75 min, or 90 min.


KEHONHUOLTO
The structure of the class depends a lot on the instructor, but generally, it includes exercises that improve mobility. Body Maintenance involves a light warm-up, followed by targeted stretching of various muscle groups. The class concludes with a relaxing cool-down. Everyone moves at their own pace and according to their own condition, so the class is suitable for all. Feel free to try it out! Class duration: 30 min, 45 min, or 55 min.


PEPPUVATSA
Booty & Abs is an effective strength training class that targets the glutes, thighs, and abs. Your heart rate may rise quite high! Exercises are performed using body weight and equipment. Class duration: 30 min, 45 min, or 55 min.


POWER JOOGA
There’s yoga, and then there’s Power Yoga. Flowing and dynamic, Power Yoga is based on the principles of Ashtanga yoga. The class focuses on different asanas performed standing, sitting, and lying down. This class is more athletic compared to a standard yoga class but is suitable for all levels. Challenge yourself and strengthen your body while enhancing flexibility and concentration. Class duration: 55 min, 75 min, or 90 min.
 

PILATES
