Welcome to our heart rate-guided indoor cycling classes! With us, you can monitor your heart rate and receive personalized feedback using the Polar heart rate system. Our GROUP centers offer the following classes: Cycling Base, Cycling Endurance, Cycling Interval, and Cycling HIIT.
 
  Creating a Polar Flow Account:  
We recommend that you create a Polar Flow account on Polar’s website in advance. This will help you track your heart rates and receive more detailed feedback on your workouts. Creating a profile requires the following information:
  • Date of Birth
  • Height
  • Weight
  • Exercise Background
     
  Logging In and Using Devices:  
When you arrive at your reserved indoor cycling class via the mobile app, you can log in to the Polar system in three different ways:
  1. Connect Your Own Device: You can connect your own Polar device to the iPad at the center via Bluetooth. For information on compatible devices, please visit Polar’s website.
  2. Log In with Polar Flow Account: Log in with your Polar Flow account (email address) and select the heart rate sensor and strap to borrow from the center. The sensor will automatically log into your profile.
  3. Use a Guest Profile: Use a guest profile through the iPad and select the heart rate sensor and strap to borrow from the center. The sensor will log into this profile.
